BEER CLUB DETAILS

Member Pickups

Beers are available on the first day of each month. Members are asked to pick up each subscription within the month. If you are unable to pick up within the month, please email us to designate another pickup person (see below). Due to space limitations, we are unable to store membership beers for more than one month; any beer left beyond the 25th of the following month are subject to restocking without refund. You will be notified by email (at the email address you provided with your subscription) one week before your beers are restocked. 

 

Payment Information and Charging

Your payment information is kept secure at all times. We charge memberships on the date of subscription order each month for the current month's active subscription; you will receive an emailed receipt for the payment at your email address on file. You will also receive an email reminder about the pickup party. To keep your payment information up to date, please call or email us with new card information by the 25th of the month. If we are unable to charge the card on file, you will receive a message requesting that you update your payment information. If we do not receive new payment information by the first of the month, your subscription is subject to immediate cancellation. 

 

Cancellations or Holding Memberships

Cancellations or "holds" must be made in writing (via email by the 25th of the month to apply for the following month.
